Billing, support & scope
Every package starts with an agreed scope, a working preview and onboarding. Additions beyond your package are scoped and quoted before work starts.
A workflow is one connected process, such as enquiry → booking → invoice. Extra standard modules cost A$273.90 activation + A$31.90/month each, including GST. Routine help covers your agreed workspace; maintenance and defect handling are separate from that allowance. Longer training and new development are quoted separately. Studio seat allowance is confirmed in your quote.
Standard managed hosting is included in Essentials and Studio. Third-party subscriptions, payment processing, SMS and exceptional usage are charged separately and disclosed in your quote. All prices include GST. Essentials and Studio setup is paid 50% to start and 50% after preview approval, cleared before launch. Custom milestones are 30% / 40% / 30% as agreed in your quote. Monthly billing starts when production access is available, with no annual commitment. Cancel before your next renewal; standard client-data export is included before closure. No purchase or subscription starts on this website.
Prefer help setting up an existing tool? A$328.90–A$548.90 once-off, including GST, covers basic configuration, branding, an existing template and a short handover. You pay the software subscription directly; complex migration and automation are quoted separately.

A few practical questions.
Does the core collect payments?
In the core workspace, you record payments received manually and track deposits and remaining balances. Payment processing, payment links and accounting connections are separately scoped integrations, with provider costs disclosed in your quote.
What's included in the monthly price?
Essentials includes the core workspace, standard managed hosting and 15 minutes of routine help each month. Studio includes 30 minutes and two selected, already-tested standard modules. Maintenance and defect handling are separate from your routine-help allowance. Access and backup arrangements are agreed in your quote. Extra standard modules cost A$273.90 activation plus A$31.90/month, including GST; bespoke development and third-party charges are quoted separately.
Can I bring my existing records?
Yes. We inspect your files and agree an import scope before quoting. Import, cleanup and migration requirements are scoped and quoted together.
Can I use it on my phone?
The workspace runs in a browser on phone, tablet and desktop. We test the devices and workflows agreed for your build. Native mobile apps would be a separate project.
What am I trying in the demo?
A fictional workspace with sample records. You can explore without signing up. Demo actions are simulated; they don't send real invoices, collect payments or contact clients.
How soon can we get started?
